  • In our first call we’ll work to understand your project, get a sense of the type of problem you are trying to solve or the type of engagement you are looking for, your specific objectives for the engagement, the scope of services, and your required timeline. Following this, we will put together a proposal that details the scope of service, methodology, work plan, and hours/fee estimate. Once the proposal is reviewed and accepted, we’re generally ready to start the work.

  • This depends on the size, scope, and duration of your engagement. We typically are able to start working on engagements within 2-3 weeks of the initial call with clients.

  • Redteam is headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Canada, but our consultants work remotely and travel domestically and internationally to work with clients. We have consultants based in Vancouver, Vancouver Island, Saskatoon, and Toronto.

  • Our engagements tend to focus on discrete set of objectives or a set of issues requiring resolution. While we’re not a staffing agency, we can provide project personnel to support your projects over short or medium terms. We also support client projects by providing an integrated project controls team that can provide fractional resources as-and-when required on the project.
