We conduct facilitated risk assessments to create or update project risk registers. We also develop comprehensive project risk management plans and procedures, overseeing continuous risk assessment, control, monitoring, and reporting activities throughout all study and project phases.

We conduct workshops to establish CAPEX/schedule uncertainty ranges and quantify event-driven risks, develop quantitative risk models for cost and schedule, and interpret the results to offer informed recommendations for project cost and schedule contingencies.

We collaborate with teams to create project development strategies across all project stages. Through kickoff and alignment workshops, we establish stage-specific objectives, expectations, and plans, as well as facilitate lessons-learned processes that concentrate on enhancing delivery systems, processes, and team capabilities.

We do stage-gate reviews for projects advancing to the next development stage and peer reviews of project development plans, capital cost estimates, and project schedules. We also advise clients in due diligence processes to evaluate the cost, schedule, and execution plans for potential project acquisitions.
