Meet Craig Rice, PhD P.Eng.

Craig has 20 years experience in mining project development, focusing on project management, project controls, risk management, and risk/decision analysis. He helps clients plan and execute successful projects and studies in all stages of development. Craig has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Victoria, and a Masters and PhD in Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

    Andrew has 20 years of experience in different mining industry segments and positions. He has worked in operations, equipment supply, venture-backed start-up, and consulting organizations, holding positions from Application Engineer to CEO. He holds a Mining Engineering degree (UBC), an MBA (SFU), and received a PhD (UBC) for his dissertation, “How to avoid the worst financial outcomes in the mining industry.”

    Martina is an experienced Project Engineer with 10 years of experience in project engineering, asset management, and construction management. Her expertise includes managing consultants and contractors, reviewing construction schedules and work plans, managing progress and performance, and project reporting. Martina has a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia. She is a registered Professional Engineer with Engineers and Geoscientists BC.

    Trevor is a Civil Engineer with 6 years of experience in private and public sector engineering consulting, project management, construction management, and project delivery. His expertise includes client and contractor engagement, project risk assessment, technical writing, financial modelling, project reporting, as well as project controls. Trevor has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Guelph and is a registered Professional Engineer with Engineers and Geoscientists BC.

    Project Analyst

    Vrushti has three years of experience in Integrated Planning and Project Controls, with a focus on project planning, project documentation, asset management, and risk assessment/analysis in the oil & gas and mining industries. Her consulting work includes helping facilitate quantitative risk analyses, project risk management processes, and providing project controls advisory. Vrushti has a Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Engineering) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Operations Management) from the University of Calgary. She is a registered Engineer-in-Training with Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
